Renting an exotic car in Miami for the first time: what to expect

1. Booking

Pick a car in the showroom or the fleet list, choose your dates and pay the $100 deposit in the booking sheet — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay or a card. It's the only charge when you book, and it reserves your request.

Don't wait on an unpaid booking: it never holds the dates, so someone else can take them until your deposit is paid.

2. Documents

You must be 21 or older to rent. Upload your driver's license, front and back, and your current auto insurance card (full coverage required) as clear phone photos from the booking page. Then confirm your phone number — step 4 of 4.

3. The review

Gonza reviews your booking and confirms it, and you get an email and a text when it's confirmed. Once you're approved, the $100 deposit comes off your rental; if we can't confirm, it's refunded automatically.

Then 50% of the rental total is due to lock in your dates — Gonza sends you a secure payment link. Cancel more than 48 hours before your rental starts and the 50% you paid to lock in your dates is refunded in full; cancel within 48 hours of the rental start and we keep 50% of what you paid.

4. The hand-over

Gonza texts you the time and place before pickup. Delivery is free across the Greater Miami area; the rest of South Florida and anywhere else in Florida by quote — ask when you book.

Before pickup we take a refundable security deposit (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay); the amount is set per booking and told to you before pickup.

Bring the physical license and the insurance you sent. The balance of the rental is due at pickup, and we photograph the car together before you drive.

5. Driving

The standard allowance is 100–150 miles per day, set per car (some cars less). Extra miles are $3–5 each depending on the car — we confirm the exact numbers for your car when you book. Fuel and tolls: ask us on WhatsApp and we confirm the details for your car when you book.

6. The return

Bring the car back at the agreed time and place. The security deposit is released after the car is back, less any damage.
