How PortMiami delivery works
PortMiami sits on Dodge Island, across Port Boulevard from Downtown Miami and Bayside, and it is inside the City of Miami — so delivery for a cruise there is free, as anywhere in Greater Miami. The meeting point is the part to plan: the port has several cruise terminals, and where a vehicle hand-over can happen depends on the terminal and the day. Tell us the ship and the date and we agree the meeting point with you — ask us when you book.
Many cruise groups start somewhere else: a hotel in Brickell or Downtown the night before, a rental home on Miami Beach, or the arrivals area at Miami International Airport (MIA). We can deliver there instead and you drive the group to the port yourselves; tell us the plan when you book and we agree with you where the car is collected.
Before pickup, Gonza texts you the time and the place. At the hand-over we walk around the car and photograph it together; bring the physical driver's license and the insurance card you uploaded. The balance of the rental is due at pickup, and the return pick-up is arranged the same way.

After your cruise: a car for the rest of the trip
Many passengers stay on in Miami for a few days after the ship is back. Book the car for the day you disembark, tell us the ship and we agree the meeting point with you; from the port it is a short drive to Brickell and Downtown and, over the MacArthur Causeway, to South Beach. Flying home the same day? Tell us your flight and we plan the return pick-up at Miami International Airport (MIA) before your flight.

What a PortMiami car rental costs
Rates are per day and the same wherever we deliver in Greater Miami: the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is from $799/day, the Cadillac Escalade from $475/day and the Rolls-Royce Cullinan from $1,049/day. A weekend is three rental days — at today's rates $2,397 for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and $3,147 for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Delivery to PortMiami costs nothing extra.
$100 reserves your request and comes off the rental once approved; 50% of the rental then locks your dates, and the balance is due at pickup. Mileage is 100–150 miles per day, set per car, with $3–5 for each extra mile. You must be 21 or older, with a valid driver's license — foreign and international licenses are accepted — and your own full-coverage auto insurance; Zalo does not provide insurance.

Can I cancel if our cruise plans change?
Cancel more than 48 hours before the rental starts and the 50% you paid to lock your dates is refunded in full; within 48 hours of the start, Zalo keeps half of what was paid. If we can't confirm your booking, the $100 is refunded automatically.
